[Account] Twisted Treeline matches not loading stats, not counting ranked matches, not giving reward

Games are not being logged in some way, doesn't give IP, doesn't grant LP, doesn't count towards series, shows up in match history, and shows 0 IP given. In the picture you can see all these games in match history, labeled as ranked, but giving no IP. These were all completely normal games with no issues inside of the game.

Since the most recent patch, me and my party members all have had this occur on 4 different occasions, which has been about 30% of our Twisted Treeline games. We haven't noticed it as of yet in Summoner's Rift games.

Also out of the 10+ wins we've gotten in 3's we haven't earned a key. Not sure if its related, or bad luck.

Edit: Should add that when this happens it also always affected my teammates, not sure about the opponents. Seems to be a server type issue.

Also experienced this problem in ranked 3v3s. Had several wins without any rewards. A friend opened a ticket on the subject and from his response of "quitting league" I don't think the ticket helped.

This has been very annoying the last few weeks. I can't seem to find a riot post anywhere about this, but it's even worse when your wins don't count and your losses do. It's been very hard to progress out of gold, because it seems like half of the matches we win this problem occurs and we gain nothing for it. Twisted treeline is still a part of the game, ranked or not, and for this to be an ongoing issue for several weeks now without a single response shows me a lack of commitment to a percentage of the player base, even if it is small compared to those who play 5v5.

Yeah, it was 13 wins so far I believe with no key fragment.

This has been happening to me and a couple of my friends on Twisted Treeline too. As for the keys I think because you can't earn mastery points in ranked 3's you can't earn keys or chests either.

I just noticed this problem. My friends and I were in our ranked 3's placements and won 3 games together but noticed that our ranked team stats said we had played/won only 2 games. I double checked my match history, they were all RANKED 3's and definitely should have counted towards our placements. Nothing unusual or buggy about the game except that I clicked the button saying "skip waiting for stats" because the end screen was taking a while to load, though this obviously shouldn't invalidate the win. I also noticed afterward I didn't receive any ip. Any chance riot will correct these matches?

Same here. especially frustrating when we are in series. RIOT CAN YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS > ?
