Skills stop working completely.

I bug has happened twice with 2 different champions. Hope someone can help or if it is a bug, that it can be fixed soon.

I was playing RekSai about 2-3 days ago and I got knocked up mid-tunnel, and that resulted in a teamfight. However, during/after the teamfight, i noticed my skills were not going off. This lasted for at least 10 minutes, i tried reconnecting, i tested my keys to make sure they were working, and i checked options to make sure nothing was off. For a whole ten minutes, i could not use any of my abilities, summoner spells, or items on RekSai, whether i tried using the keyboard or clicking on them on the GUI.

I encountered this issue once again today, as Vi. I was in the middle of a teamfight, it was all sort of messy so I dont recall if anything specific may have affected me, but thus time, it only effected my Q. I could use all my other keys, spells, items, etc, but I could not use Vault Breaker for the rest of the game (which lasted about 5-10 minutes after the bug started). Once again, i checked all the keys, option menu, etc.

I lost the Reksai game due to the bug, because i became absolutely useless in fights. In the Vi game we were far enough ahead that we managed to win anyway. But if this bug continues, it will be really frustrating because it renders me useless for long periods of time.
