[GAMEPLAY] Zac's E sometimes can be blocked by wall

When I pick Zac today for three normal games, sometimes when I press E for enough long time, I was blocked by the wall. Also, sometimes I hold the E until the longest range, then I release the button, the actual range is pretty short tho. Especially the mid and bot bush.
