Please help

LoL had almost always worked for me (besides an issue here and there that were resolved) and I have always loved the game. After the update of Oct. 18th I believe? <-- sometime around that, I have not been able to play the game anymore. One day I came home and opened league, but for some reason the launcher is zoomed in cutting off half of the normal screen. I cannot accept the terms and agreements of the new patch, so I cannot start the game. Everyone I've talked to so far has never heard of this problem. Can anyone help?

eh, i sometimes get this error but if i close client and open again it fixes itself, wtf

Since you didn't say in the OP, I'm going to pull out my tech support hat and ask:

Did you try reinstalling the game from scratch?

I had a friend reinstall it while I was away, but now that I look all he did was recycle the files and data, so I will redo it the way I wished for (completely uninstalling everything like @Dr Clueless PhD said, I will let you know if this works or not.

I just reinstalled and it did not help. @Yawnli I have done that multiple times thinking it would fix itself, but it has not.
