[Gameplay] gragas q bug

There is a bug that makes gragas q permanently stay in the click again to make the barrel explode mode. This basically locks up the skill as it doesn't reset, and relogging doesnt solve this. Don't know how to reproduce this, but this happened in the middle of a teamfight so it probably is related to gragas getting cc'ed or dying while the barrel is out.
