Hud glitches out, makes the game unplayable.

Pretty self explanatory. Ever since the new hud, whenever I hop into a match my hud gets all whacky and starts stuttering and disappearing, as well as all the pop-ups. Is anyone else having this issue, and has anyone found a solution?
