Hi I m silver 3 . In the promotion to silver 2 i lost the first game, then i couldn't lock in champ select for the second game ( Connection problem ). Automatically i lost the promo. next time for my promo i didnt get the 1 free win . is that a Bug ?!! sorry for my bad english.
That's not a bug. The system just noticed you dodged a promo game, which does two things: First, you get a loss for your current promo. Second, in case you didn't make it, Promo Helper won't kick in for the next time. The system doesn't separate between connection issues or any other problems/reasons why you dodged. It just says "you don't wanna play now, you ain't get a free win for the next time."
