Same Old Same Old

The same bug has been happening for the past few patches. When i load into a game, I will play 5 minutes then ping spike, then end up at 500 ping not being able to move. I have to leave the game and rejoin just to have it happen again 5 minutes later. I've put money into this game. It is unacceptable for riot to not have a fix for this problem for the amount of time its been prevalent in the community. It is astounding that nothing has been done to fix this bug that makes the game unplayable for so many people. Yet they continue to, what seems like, ignore the problem cause its only a fraction of the players being afflicted. I would like a response from a riot employee explaining why this is happening, and why this bug never happened in the past.
