Series 1 Eternal Pass purchased, but Eternals for champions remain locked. [STORE]

I paid the 14,000ish Blue Essence cost to pay for the Series 1 Eternal Pass to unlock all Eternals for current and future champions. Eternals only unlocked for the champion that I had selected at the time and the rest of my champion Eternals are still locked, but my Blue Essence was subtracted. I'd very much like to have my Series 1 Eternals unlocked as that's what I've paid for, or failing that, a refund of my Blue Essence.

The following steps caused this to happen:

1. I went to the Collection screen
2. I typed Fiddlesticks into the search box
3. I selected Fiddlesticks
4. I clicked "Unlock"
5. On the screen where I was given the option to either select "Fiddlesticks- Series 1" or "Series 1 Eternal Pass," I selected "Series 1 Eternal Pass."
6. I paid the 14,000ish Blue Essence Cost
7. Eternals progress for Fiddlesticks was unlocked
8. I returned to the Collections screen to review Eternals requirements for Shaco as a check to see if everything was truly unlocked.
9. Eternals for Shaco were still locked, with the Blue Essence option to pay being removed, but the RP option remaining despite the fact that my client registered the purchase for a full Series 1 Eternal Pass unlock, as I was deducted the 14,000ish Blue Essence.
10. Checking other champions, all of them remain locked as well, with Fiddlesticks being the only one that is unlocked.
11. I logged out and then back in to see if the client just needed a refresh
12. All champions besides Fiddlesticks remain locked despite having paid for the Series 1 Eternal Pass unlock
