Issue(or not)
Some animations are missing from the LCU for me. To be specific the transition animation from Q to pick/bans and it lags a bit when champions get banned. Also is it supposed to be 32 bit?

Fondling Gems1 votesFrom what I remember from a Rioter comment over on the PBE boards (IIRC) they haven't put in those animations yet which is why it feels clunky.
