GAMEPLAY: Gragas in game bug

I recently just got done playing a game as Gragas and a bug appeared where I was unable to move, this happened within the first two minutes in the game. The only way I was able to move was from using his abilities: Q,E,R and flash. When I used Q i was able to move as long as I clicked away from the spell range, With E i was able to just press E and Gragas would move to the point where my mouse was, worked the same as flash and my ult the same as my Q as long as it was out of the spell range. I also couldn't access the shop or exit the game with my mouse I was able to access the shop with the shortcut button "P" so I had to restart my computer in order to exit out of the game and see if by logging back in it would fix the bug but as soon as I was loaded back into the rift the bug was still there. This bug made the game enjoyable to my team and resulted in a unfair game which I could also not surrender so the game went past 20 minutes and was really unsatisfying game. I hope this bug can be fixed or Gragas be taken out so that other players may not experience the same result as I did.
