Level 7?
In the LOL website, it says my account is level 7 while my in game level is 185 so I can't post or comment on any discussion

Try the tool here: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/community-moderation/6JI91pva-boards-profile-syncing-tool If that doesn't work, you can reach out to the Moderation Discord described there, but since you are the second case in a rather short time, it might be a more wide-spread problem.
