Champ select bug? 5v5 draft

So I was in normal draft mode and picked champ, picked ban was going to lock in champ. First tried to change to sona cause would be more appropriate choice, then when clicking that didnt work I looked to see if she was banned. Nope. not banned. The timer was down to like 10 S so I decided i'll just lock in bard. So I went to do that, clicked lock in, button disappeared for 1s then reappeared and nothing happened. I continued clicking lock in to see if itd actually lock in maybe before the countdown got to zero, It didnt, then my game disconnected from pvp and i was stuck there another few minutes. When I finally got any change on my screen i was back in lobby and it counted as a dodge and I had the penalty timer.

Anyone else having difficulties in select?
