ikeepg having fps going down spikes
almost every single time I get into combat, my fps would go down to 2 and I couldnt move. Could you guys help me out to figure out this problem

Go into Practice Summoner's Rift and toy around with the graphic settings.
My lowest FPS is 20 and that only occurs when the Creep Dragon awakes.
