So... My League of Legends wont launch in patch 7.22 preseason

It might just be me, but hey listen to what happened. I'm usually kinda chill with lag when I play league of legends. but when it doesnt open at all? thats a completely different story. So i get home like usual on a wednesday night and im especially happy because of the preseason and the new runes. i go on to league of legends. then i start a match... sigh i go into champion select and it's fine up to there! but then when im supposed to go to the loading screen, it just gets frozen. so then i quit league so i can restart and join the match. but what happens is that i cant open league of legends? what? WHAT HAPPENED!!!!! i check lolSumo to see if i am in a match. thankfully i wasnt. hopefully i am not. RIOT! PLEASE FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
