Ping Skyrockets Every Game Until I Restart

Since the last patch hit, nearly 100% of my game will get insane latency around 350ms. I have to exit out of the game window and restart atleast once at the beginning of each of these games and more often than not more than one restart is needed. It's not affecting anything else and seems to only affect the LoL game. The client itself is incredibly laggy to a lot of the time but as far back as I can remember it's always been like that.

This issue is causing me to lose a few minutes of each of my ranked games resetting over and over. Would love some help with this.
