Riot please, the lag in client is horrible and it's not just me.

I've talked about this before and many people have had the same issue. No matter how many times I reinstall, or restart my pc, troubleshoot, client is so laggy I cant set runes, ban a champ, or even lock in. It makes games unplayable. Is a fix even being worked on? Because It's not just me. In game is perfectly fine but sweet jesus the client what is going on.
