Visual bug regarding IP

I was buying AP runes to create a new rune page. Initially I had 8.8k IP and spend around 1k for 3x Quintessence (Tier: 3), after i got 9x Ability power (Tier: 3) and after that my IP display in the right corner didn't changed as supposed http://oi65.tinypic.com/2z71m3c.jpg
