Sion Troubles

I was playing a new game as Sion when suddenly my Q and R stopped working, they could do everything else such as type and level up, but would not activate their abilities, after much frustration I left the game and reconnected to see if it would help, it did. But still VERRRYYYY aggravating. Anyone else experience the same (or similar) trouble with the new Sion?
