[GAMEPLAY] Thresh Opposite Hook Pull

This bug happened on june 27 2019 in a normal game. After chasing Yuumi down bot lane, as Thresh ,

  1. I flayed her
  2. Auto attacked her
  3. threw my hook
  4. Just before my hook hit, Yuumi Q's in my opposite direction right in front of her.
  5. My hook hit, then Thresh proceed to push her away two times instead of pulling Yuumi

Its the second time this bug happen, both with Yuumi. She's alone and isnt able to attached to a champion. The bug seems related with her Q'ing right before the hook land.
