PLAYER MADE TERRAINS

I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, but Jarvan's player made terrain from his ult does not allow you to hook (nautilus grab) or pin (vayne's condem) plays to it like other player made terrains do (anivia's wall). It doesn't make sense to exclude this from those.
