Nami's chroma pack isn't applying in Teambuilder

I just purchased Nami's chroma pack and tried the yellow skin only in 3 teambuilder games and in game she still was pink koi Nami. I tried a custom bot game to test it out and it worked for the bot game, she was yellow. For the 2nd and 3rd teambuilder games I doubly checked i had the yellow chroma selected, and even exited out and back into the champ skin selection a few times before cueing to see if it was still coming up as selected, and it was. So there should have been no problem. And it worked fine for the bot game so I don't think it's me. Perhaps a teambuilder bug? Please help! I see someone else reported this but then said it was working again, but I don't think its been fixed. Thanks for the goldfish Nami riot <3 can't wait to use it in summoners!
