[GAMEPLAY] +1 champion item buq

Hi, today i put this item (spatula + spatula) that alows you to have +1 champ on the board on miss fortune during fight player vs player and after the round i wanted to put another champ but i could not ( i had 8 lvl + this item but could still play only 8 champs) :(
