[GamePlay] No Recommended Items for Blitzcrank in Dominion

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play game mode dominion
  2. Select Champion Blitzcrank
  3. In the spawning area select the buy menu

Result: There are no recommended items.

Expected Result: There are recommended items to buy for those who know nothing about that particular champion (AKA me)

It isn't just blitz, I noticed it on katarina and diana as well. It is frustrating and hopefully they get it fixed soon even though I know dominion isn't a priority of riot's...
