Post game lobby problems

Would anybody know how to resolve the problems I'm having? Whenever a game of lol ends, regardless of mode, league of legends condenses to a small, black portion of what it should be. I cannot interact with the little piece at all as all I see it a small portion of what the screen should be, so the only way to close League is to use task manager. This has been going on for several patches now and I have put forth two bug reports about the problem and nothing has changed. I tried doing a full repair but nothing seemed to change. In the image above, the small, black section of the screen is what is left fo the league client with the "Would you like to close league" lines showing up because I hit the esc key. Thank you in advance to anybody who tries to assist this very large annoyance while playing league.
