[CRASH] BUGSPLAT every time client goes into loading screen

This just started happening a couple days ago but every time the game is about to start I get a bugsplat and evertime I click the reconnect, I get the bugsplat. I have tried it in custom games and practice tools as well but the crash still occurs. I also have tried reinstalling the game multiple times and still no fix. The game has now become unplayable for me. Please help, I have been playing this game for years ):
