i get into a game and it crashes and then i have to restart my comp and i get baned

I strat a game and my comp goes to the loading screen and crashes so exit and I try to get back in and it dose that pvp patch kernel and I get a lever buster and it is the game that dose it so i have to restart my comp and I get a leverbuster
