Stuck on Client

Just lost 20 LP due to the game not being able to load. All that happened was that champ select ended and then the reconnect sign popped up, clicking it though did nothing. I constantly restarted my game and even did the full look for bugs thing, but it was too late. I'm guessing it was just my client but, who knows.
