[GAMEPLAY] Cassiopea's passive bonus AP does not calculate with Dragon Buff's bonus AP (With screen)

While testing Cass in a bot game I noticed my passive did not take the bonus 6% AP from the dragon buff into consideration when granting me bonus Ability Power. It gave me the 10% bonus AP before calculating the dragon buff, so I got 26 bonus AP from my passive (as if I had 260 AP) while in fact I had 309AP with the dragon buff, and should have received 30 bonus AP from my passive. I linked a screenshot of this issue with an explanation in it. I hope this gets noticed.
