verification email wont send and i cant request a support ticket if my account isnt verified

ive been trying to verify my account for some time now. I tried weeks ago and the verification email wont send. I went to the support pages to see if I could verify my email some other way but there really isn't a way if I don't receive any verification email. Not sure what to do I went looking for a support ticket thinking maybe someone smarter than me could help me out. but I need a verified account to get a ticket. all I need to do is verify my email and I cant play until that happens. I looked at other forums and it appears that many people are having the same problem. HELP ME RIOT
