Every Time a new update comes out, I will have to scan files

Every time there is a new update, I open up League of Legends to update. Once it reaches around 97%, the patch will always fail. Once this happens, I re-open League of Legends. This will cause the endless scanning files that can be solved by waiting for a long period of time. The problem is that it happens every patch and others do not get this problem very, very frequently. Is there a way to prevent the patch from failing near the final percentages that will lead to scanning files?
