Skin Permanent Issue From Loot

I previously had a dark star thresh skin shard in my loot inventory. However, when I went to reroll 3 skin shards for a permanent, I got dark star thresh permanent but it doesn't show in my inventory. I do own thresh so I thought it could redeem automatically but when I'm in champion select it says to unlock it in the store.
