The match can still be remade even if the majority of the team voted no

I've recently connected late into the game while everyone was at level 2 by the time i joined, by the time i joined i explained why i connected a bit late but then a remake vote started.

2 voted yes 3 voted no The game was remade and i got a leaverbuster even though i was going about to finish mine from 1 last game because of the same remake bs.

WAS THIS INTENEDED???
