[Client] Vel'Koz has two classic skins

When in champion select, Vel'Koz has two champion skins to choose from. Happens over several games.

Nami has the same issue. When I bought a skin for her, the bug went away.
BTW don't try to queue in TeamBuilder with the second skin selected, it'll kick you out.
