Empowered auto (W) no longer stacks on turrets.

Is this a bug or intended? It doesn't say anything in the patch notes.

Can't really say for sure. WIth Riot, it could very easily be a bug because they buffed Sejuani (spaghetti to the max), or it could be intended. I kno wwhich on hit abilities work on towers is very very much individual case by case basis.

I think it is a bug, because it was happening for me all day, except one match it didn't and then it went back to not working. I don't know what could have been different that one match, but it was certainly stacking again and mowing down structures. Since it wasn't in the notes and seems to have some kind of cause, I assume it must be a bug.
