Empowered auto (W) no longer stacks on turrets.

Is this a bug or intended? It doesn't say anything in the patch notes.

Can't really say for sure. WIth Riot, it could very easily be a bug because they buffed Sejuani (spaghetti to the max), or it could be intended. I kno wwhich on hit abilities work on towers is very very much individual case by case basis.

If it is a Nerf they should warn it correctly in the notes of the patch, and if it is a bug they should hotfix it fast, the damage of the W to the towers is vital in Neeko, I use item 3006 for that. [sg-ahri-1]

Vital is a pretty strong word..... helpful yes, vital? Not so much.

The damage it does to the structures is very good, I can always throw fast towers and inhibitors thanks to it, is a great nerf.

To be honest, look at Ashe. Her Q doesnt stack on turrets either.

Also, you can do that anyways even if you dont have the W procing on the tower. It is just an extra auto per W proc pretty much. I never max it first because i find the Q+E comboing much more favorable myself.... and i like Lucidity boots for extra flashes and ignites. And i can pretty much gaurentee that i will take towers just fine without the W as i do with.

So all in all, i do not know if it was a actual nerf or a bug, but it is not some crazy thing that kills off her entire gameplay just because she can not proc W on towers.

The way I play her affects me a lot, I play her jungle, and that W allows me to destroy plates after a gank (I max W second).

Beyond whether it affects you more or less, Riot should have notified if it was intentional.

It still is not vital.... you are very much overdramatising it. Plus, it was unintended most likely seeing as intended nerfs were still let known that it happened.

It's even more vital if u play neeko as an adc with a more on hit like build tbh. That tower pushing is insane and gives her a pretty good tower pushing strength.

I think it is a bug, because it was happening for me all day, except one match it didn't and then it went back to not working. I don't know what could have been different that one match, but it was certainly stacking again and mowing down structures. Since it wasn't in the notes and seems to have some kind of cause, I assume it must be a bug.
