Red Card Katarina not working :(

I've had this skin for quite some time now and have never had problem with this skin until just a few days ago when i noticed every time in team builder or in ranked I always double to check to make sure the skin i want to use says " currently selected " and even before match start it still says "currently selected". The loading screen starts, champion splash art loads, no red card Katarina. Game loads, no red card Katarina. When it first happened i logged out and back in after game was done, issues continued. Went to sleep logged back in played game with friends selected Katarina, selected red card Katarina, and double checked that the skin said "currently selected". Loaded splash art and issues is still persisting. Not sure if anyone else may be having this issue. :(
