[GAMEPLAY] Illaoi's tenctacles do not proc Phase Rush/Electrocute if commanded to attack by her W

Illaoi cannot proc those runes by commanding the tentacle to attack with her Harsh Lesson (W). However, they work when they attack the spirit or vessel automatically (by her E ability). LINK In this clip it's easy to see that autoattack+W+tentacle slam didn't proc phase rush, despite being 3 separate damage sources. However, if i pull a spirit, and tentacle hits it itself, i only needed 2 autos to proc phase rush, as intended. Therefore, tentacle activated by E procs phase rush, but the one which is activated by W, doesn't. Same thing happens with electrocute.

Since tentacles commanded by W are inseparable kit of Illaoi, please fix this if possible.
