Won a promo match earlier today, but the game wasn't counted

​I played a promo match as Aatrox . I won the game, but as the game attempted to take me to the post game screen, it just stayed as a blank screen, but the "Skip waiting for stats" button came up. I waited for about five minutes before clicking it. The game did not register my victory for my promo matches. I played another ranked game later and it was confirmed that the previous victory was not recorded. Is there any way to address this? Has anyone else ever experienced something similar, whether it was a promo match or whether you just didn't get any LP for a win?

I already submitted a ticket, but I thought I'd post this here to see if there might be anyone who has had this problem?
