[GAMEPLAY] I couldn't leave the circle in the fountain

I played a game as gangplank, showed up in the game, bought my items and when I tried to walk to lane, I noticed that my line on the map disappeared and I didn't go anywhere, and when I tried to move I could move all around within the circle but I couldn't move past it. So I tried flashing, and gp just decided to walk back to the fountain. So my team recommended that I restart my client. It worked. took a long time so by the time I got back the enemy team was already to our inner turrets. Then I got leaverbusted for it. I was using spec ops gangplank and was on blue side.
