only +65 Movement Speed with Triple Cloud Drak Buff

Hi,

I discovered that with having killed 3 Cloud Drakes I only got +65 Movement Speed while being out of combat, whereas the Tooltip says + 75. I do not know how it behaves with 1 and 2 Cloud Drakes killed since I only noticed it when I already had the triple Buff. Since it was only a Bot-Game maybe it is different in a matched 5v5 game. I also have not reproduced it, yet, because I do not have the time to try to get 3 Cloud Drakes in a game.

Movement speed in this game has a few soft caps, one at 415 and another at 490. The way it works is once you reach one of these soft caps, every additional point of MS has reduced effectiveness.

To be more exact, every point of MS after 415 is reduced to 80% effectiveness, and then every point after 490 is reduced to 50% effectiveness.
