[Client] Problem Patching

Usually, I sign in and leave my client alone until I get invited to a game. Sometimes, when I look back at the client, I get a message saying, "There was a problem patching LoL. We'll restore a backup version and try updating again after you restart the patcher." Then client then closes itself, reverts back to an older patch, and then has to repatch to the newest version before I can sign in again. This can happen multiple times a day and I am not sure what causes it to do it. This problem started when the new client was rolled out and has continued to happen through all the patches after. I have tried to reinstall the LoL client and the LoL repair kit but both have not given me any success. Any advice would be appreciated.
