A critical error has occured and the process must be terminated.

If possible i would as Riot games employees to help with that problem. It happens when I'm in game for about 25-27 minutes and than LoL crashes. I need to use Tab + Alt to set that error to a different screen so i can reconnect. It is really annoying and i would kindly ask if someone could help? THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR your time.
