[GAMEPLAY] Teemo Shrooms Exploding More Than One Time

While playing a bot game on intro difficulty a bug happened, while me and maokai took the enemy red buff i used my ult and maokai used his e in the bush and after this occurred every shroom that i threw exploded several times like a maokai e that was in a bush. i don't know if it exploded more than 1 time. (i couldn't find how to watch a bot game but it's the game from 08/02/17 that i played teemo with smite and my nickname in league is liad31) after the game me and my friend tried to recreate the bug in a custom game by going to the enemy red and throwing both teemo's ult and maokai's e in a bush but the bug didn't happen again.
