[GAMEPLAY] Kalista's W pasive not working when switching soulbound

1. Kalista's W (pasive) stops dealing damage when you switch souldbound at the begining of the game, also last hitting targets with the mark as a support does not proc the relic shield

2 to produce it:

• use the spear to bind a teammate
• buy a second spear
• bind a different teammate
• level up W skill
• try to proc the W passive with a minion or champion

3 - It ocurs most of the times a rebind is used, i have noted is common when a relic shield is used, not sure if that influence the bug
