Riot let troll and inting player play alot why ?

Alot of troll and inting players in every server make high elo lose alot and this not fair Reason of that riot donot make any ban to feeders and troll players that they want the streamers and their supported teams to appear that they are op and the best in game it is bad and all they want is money look at those players please G2 HamsterRL Helios Bane13 Eva Adams DiAlekann420 they all troll and feed so hard please riot ban those bad players who makes this game is so unfair
