Used my q spell as morgana on a teemo stunned by my ultimate. Seems like my Q went through teemo.

This is unacceptable and if not an isolated incident better be quickly fixed.
It's kind of one of those "perspective illusion" thing as mentioned in the description. It also includes how the functionality with the 3D/2D environment/animation/hitboxes work. Basically, you know how Tristana cannot jump over traps or AOE effects without consequences? It's kind of the same thing.
Teemo's on an elevated position, and Morgana shot her Q from below Teemo.
