[Gameplay] Fiora Ult Visual Effect Bug

While I was not recording during the game in question, it appears Kog'Maw and his death passive have some kind of strange interaction where if he dies under the effects of Fiora's ult without all four vitals being hit, the visual effect remains following Kog'maw for the entire rest of the game. This appears to be visible to teammates as well.

While this is not necessarily game breaking, it still quite distracting to see a target you think you've ulted, but actually haven't, and it also obscures her passive indicator. Will try to replicate this bug with other champions with death passives like Karthus, though it may just be an issue with Kog'maw.
