Ingame Auto Attack bug with Caitlyn

I was just in a normal game playing Caitlyn with the Arctic Warfare skin and sometimes my auto attacks would be buggy. To elaborate a fair amount of the auto attacks would apply instantly to the target before the projectile hit them. I tried the other skins I owned (Sheriff, Headhunter) and I did not encounter this bug. Also, when the auto attack was buffed with the passive I never encountered the bug.
