Not receiving watch rewards

Hello, I've been trying to get the watch reward and I'm never receiving them. Sometimes it says that the rewards are correctly set up on my account, sometimes it's telling me to try again because there was an error. I'd like to know if there is a way to fix the problem. Maybe I'm doing something wrong ? I don't know.
