Unable to connect to sever

I was not able to play 5 vs 5 PvP and i told me its a connection error, good that i did not get penalty for that. Then I tried to play custom game because I did not want to get reported and all that, and it went well when we played the Ascension map, but when we tried to switch back to the normal Summoner's rift map, the connection problem occurs again so we think it might be a crash on the Summoner's Rift map.
